Whoever says this hadith 3x everyday Allah will demolish all his sins, destruct all his sins, even though if he flees from the middle of the battlefield

استغفر الله الذي لا اله الا هو الحيَّ القيوم وأتوب إليه
I seek refuge in Allah, The AlMighty,
The One and the only One,
The Ever Living,
The One who sustains and protects all that exists,
I submit my repentance to the Most Gracious, most Merciful.
